We recognise that our responsibilities extend to our shareholders, clients, people and suppliers, as well as the communities in which we operate.

The GHD Board regards corporate governance as a critical element in our efforts to improve GHD's performance and achieve our vision of being 'one brand, renowned for client service and a culture of safety'.

Accordingly, the Board has adopted a governance model – an appropriate structure of policies, management and compliance systems – to enable objectives to be set, strategies to be implemented and performance to be monitored on a continuous basis.

As part of this model, the Board is responsible for overall governance and determines GHD's core purpose, values, risk appetite and policies as well as fostering our client-service led culture.

The Executive Management Group is led by our CEO and tasked with developing and implementing our strategy. It also manages the company's operations with the support of the leadership team.
